Terms & Conditions
- Access to lounges are NOT included in the prices
- All services limited to 3 hours, additional hour charged at £50.00
- Free for children under 3 years
- When requesting porters for 1-4 bags we will send the appropriate greeter to carry out both services, 5+ bags will have extra greeters to assist.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service time are subject to a 50% late fee
- Bookings amended between 6 and 12 hours before the service time are subject to a 50% last minute fee
- Bookings amended less than 6 hours before the service time are subject to a 100% last minute fee
- Cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show are non-refundable and will still be charged.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service will be a 50% refund.
- Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.
- Refund requests: 10% admin fee deducted from total amount.
- For transit service: If the hours from the selected landing flight time and selected departure flight time is more than 3 hours, you will be charged at £60 per hour. This price is exclusive of the TOTAL price below.
